Raw silver is carefully melted to transform it into a workable state.
This marks the beginning of every piece, where solid material becomes fluid and ready to be shaped.

🔨 Hammering & Softening (Quench)

The silver is shaped through hammering & repeatedly softened by quenching.
This balance of force & heat strengthens the metal while keeping it workable.

⚙️ Milling

The metal is gradually rolled to refine thickness & structure.
Each pass is adjusted slowly to maintain consistency without stressing the silver.

🔩 Welding

Individual components are joined using controlled heat & precise alignment.
Every connection is made by hand to ensure strength & clean lines.

✨ Polishing

Multiple stages of polishing refine the surface & texture.
This process enhances comfort, durability, and visual balance.

🧲 Magnetic Tumbler

A magnetic tumbler is used for the final finish, reaching fine details & inner surfaces.
This step brings the piece to a smooth, consistent completion.

Every piece at the Artisan lab Designs is handcrafted from raw silver - shape, refined and finished by hand. This gallery shows how Milo and Lyra process behind each creation, from design and preparation to fire, metal and carefully finishing.

Silver is carefully measure and prepared before heat or shaping begins. Accuracy at this stage ensures balance and consistency throughout the process

Before any silver is melted or shaped, each piece begins with design that every piece is not only visually balanced, but also practical and made to last.

3. Melting and Heat Work

Raw silver is melted at high temperature, transforming it into a workable state. This is where each piece truly begins.

4. Shaping & Forming

The silver is shaped through hammering, rolling, and gradual adjustment. Each step is done slowly to guide the metal without forcing it

5. Joining & Assembly

Components are joined using controlled heat and precise alignment to ensure its purity. Every connection is made by hand.

6. Surface Finishing

Multiple stages of polishing refine texture, comfort. and durability. The final finish enhances the character of handcrafted work.

7. Final Check & Completion

Each piece is carefully inspected, cleaned, and prepared for shipping. Only after passing this final check is it ready to leave the studio.
