We ship all orders with a registered tracking number. International shipments are handled via reliable postal or courier services. For packages sent to the United States, all duties and taxes are prepaid under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system—there will be no surprise fees or charges upon arrival.
As our products are handcrafted fine silver items or raw silver materials, we do not accept returns or replacements unless the item is received damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos for review.
